Analysis of gifted identification instruments
The report describes the analysis of the three gifted identification instruments such as the Teacher Nomination Packet, Torrance Test for creative thinking, and alternative uses tasks for creativity, and the assessment process is carried out with four children. The purpose of the assessment is to determine giftedness from three different instruments. The first part of the essay describes the process of identification of creativity from gifted instruments and the second part describes the reflection on the whole process. In short, identification instruments provide an accurate gifted assessment. 

Gifted and Talented kids pull out 
The essay describes the challenges in the selection of curriculum for gifted students because the development of a curriculum requires consideration of the strengths of gifted students and emphasizes the importance of the content mastery model for the development of curriculum. It is based on the learning the level of the student’s knowledge in a particular area. The essay also describes the other models such as the epistemological model. The epistemological model focuses on factual information instead of specific information. Finally, it discusses the reflection of the models. 

 

National Gifted Program
It describes the selection of the top five candidates for the National Gifted Programs according to I.Q level, hard work ethics, and other factors such as lower age students, patient students, students living without parents, and good-looking students. The top five students are Nick Kalinic, Ted Keller, William Horn, Santini Brown, and James Cleveland Williams. There are two runners up, namely Gerard Thompson and James Cleveland Williams.
 

It is a video presentation, and it gives the introduction about the gifted kids, and emphasizes expanding the funds of knowledge for gifted students and developing the documentation, support smart throughout their education life and developing skills and knowledge in the needy students as well as smart kids. It also describes the barriers for low-income gifted students. Finally, the presentation has highlighted standards in professional learning, assessments, programming, curriculum, instructions, etc

Expectation Student Lesson Plan
It is a student lesson plan for the grade three student for English subject and describes the student-centered learning objective in multiple parameters such as behavior, conditions, learning objective, and criteria in step 1. There are three types of assessments as Diagnostic assessments, formative, and summative assessments for the lesson plan. Step 3 contains the three learning strategies that describe the presentation of content and the interaction of students with content.
Grasp
The essay describes the detailed points to convince everyday travelers to use the transcontinental railroad. The transcontinental has reduced the number of days to travel across the country and to move from one destination to another. The transcontinental also provides travelers an opportunity to see historic sites such as Great Salt Lake, Salt Sea, etc., and there is only a budget of one hundred and fifty dollars to travel across the country. The essay focus on the benefits of a transcontinental railroad.

DAP Tool 
It is a poster about the feedback for checking the assessments of the differentiated education and contains four major parameters such as content, presentation, creativity, and reflection. Each of the parameters contains several questions related to the content, text, graphics, layout, content, product, and learning and has a rating of zero to six.  

Acceleration of Students
In this video presentation, the potential benefits of acceleration of students are described for the mental and social growth of gifted and talented kids. There are three types of accelerations such as grade skipping, subject acceleration, and curriculum compacting.  The case study for Robby and Sierra is described. Robby skip grade 5 and promote to grade 6 from grade 4, while Sierra is gifted for subject promotion. Furthermore, policies of North Carolina are described for gifted students, and the responsibilities of the gifted advisory board such as understanding the student's intellectual level, and his learning and writing ability. (VIEW VIDEO BELOW)
